NEW : THE REMEMBERING SOUND HEALING

For eons, sound has been used to soothe the soul and heal the body, mind and spirit.

In this new treatment, harmonic vibrations bathe you in sound that resonates deeply throughout your body and mind, slowing you down, encouraging deep relaxation, shifting energy blockages, and realigning you.

We will use a unique combination of different instruments from Cherokee style shamanic drum to Australian Indigenous Clap Sticks, Harmonic Chakra Energy Chimes, Koshi wind chimes, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls and even shakers. Each experience will vary depending on what your body needs.

We begin our ritual with a cup of tea and a chat, and then we immerse you in sound - all you have to do is relax and receive.

REIKI RELAXATION RITUAL

This treatment combines Massage & Reiki.

First, we sit and chat while your feet soak to relieve stress and to ground you - for those who would like I also offer a complimentary oracle angel card reading.

Then we move to the massage table, and you will receive a back, neck and shoulder massage - this is fully clothed. This is to stabilise and centre you.

Finally we perform the reiki healing which relaxes, realigns and de-stresses you, and helps your body rejuvenate and heal itself.

REIKI FACIAL

I have been a skin therapist for over 20 years, and I am delighted to combine my knowledge of skincare and reiki.

This Reiki Facial includes all the things you would expect from a facial - skin analysis, cleanse, deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, treatment mask and protective hydration PLUS a personalised Reiki Relaxation massage.

Using only the best salon-quality products, your skin will thank you. This treatment treats both your skin and your psyche.

The uniqueness of Reiki is that we can also deliver distance healing.

We arrange a time that works for us both for the session.

I recommend you find a quiet spot, grab a lovely cup of tea while you relax. We do a card reading and then you rest as I perform the healing. We then follow-up with a chat about what may have come up for you.

HOT & COLD STONE INTUITIVE MASSAGE

From deep in the earth, healing basalt stones are heated to help to increase circulation, relax tension from the muscles and provide a deep yet gentle massage. Basalt is a stone of strength, stability and courage. We use marble stones that represent purity, clarity and positive focus, and these are cooled to promote vasoconstriction helping release tension and return the muscle to a relaxed state.

We begin by discussing your treatment, we may use other modalities during this session, and much consideration is given to your modesty.

At a time when my life took a huge pivot, I was forced to outsource ways of managing stress, anxiety, overload and a feeling of limbo. I discovered Reiki. It truly helped me reconnect with myself as well as managing the symptoms of the unusual turmoil in my life. I will be forever grateful for this.

Now I want to share this with others. With you.

Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy; and Reiki practitioners use this energy to help your body help itself to heal through deep relaxation, chakra balancing and stress relief.

As a reiki practitioner I hope to combine my philosophy of love, kindness and positivity; my 25years experience as a hands-on beauty & massage therapist; my signature "tickles" and my need to help others feel better. I have created a little sanctuary in my studio and look forward to welcoming you in my studio.
